Tips in Customer Care....

1. Know and listen to your client concerns and needs attentively.
2. Always keep in constant communication with your clients.
3. Offer the client a hassle free services.
4. Get as much accurate information about the client .
5. Have a client appreciation day. 
6. If a client has a  complaint you need to take immediate solution or action to their concerns.
7. Organize a constant upgrade of customer service.
8. Get input from the expert in resolving customer service issues.
9. Have the right attitude in dealing with your clients.
10. Deal with your client professionally, build trust & integrity.
